Job Title: Java Lead

Should have worked on at least 2 enterprise level applications end-to-end
Should be hands on and also help team of 5 to 7 on technical issues.
Experience: 5 to 7 years

Job Title: Java Developer
Java, J2EE, Spring Hibernate, Web service, Apache Wicket
Should be able to work independently on the work assigned
Experience: 3 to 4 years
