Desired Candidate profile

* 3-4years experience in IT. Should be good in Java, J2EE,Struts and knowledge about latest technologies.

* Should have good experience in Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, Servlets, Struts.

* Exposure in JBoss, Hibernate, Java & EE5. Appserver, Hibernate, and JRules.

* Candidate would have experience in leading a program, exposure to customers on-site when leading program would be a plus.

* Must possess good communication skills with the ability for customer interactions at senior leadership levels.
