Title: Software Engineer
Location:Technopark, Trivandrum
Responsibilities:
To work on aggressive product development schedule supported by the SCRUM Agile project execution techniques, with Time-to-market being the main focus, besides the quality and usability of the product.
Should follow best practices.
Develop specific modules from the product backlog, depending on the priority assigned by the product owner.
Neat and clear coding of module, with sufficient comments.
Unit testing, using Test Driven Development approach
Integration of various modules.
Use the code repository to enable code protection and collaborative development.
Participate in the Postpartum meeting to discuss the strength and areas of improvement.
Essential Skills Required
An effective experience of 3-6 months. Freshers with strong C# programming skills can also apply.
Good understanding of ASP.NET MVC, RDBMS Concepts, XML.
Hands-on experience, plus a good concept of Object Oriented Programming Model, Data Structures.
In-depth understanding of concepts like memory management, localization, reflection, Serialization, etc.
Good coding practices, with incredible coding speed, and knowledge about productivity tools that can boost the coding speed.
Desirable Skills

Knowledge of design patterns.
Familiarity with WCF, WF, LINQ, XAML, Silverlight 2.0. No working experience required, but should be comfortable using them within a short span of learning cycle.
