The Kennedys IQ Future Innovators program is part of a flagship initiative that the company plans to introduce in schools all over Kerala. In collaboration with students from the Government tribal school at Idinjaar, the second edition of this program marks the beginning of this ambitious endeavor.

As a first step, students were encouraged to express their thoughts and ideas through various creative means, including speaking, writing, and drawing. They were also given the opportunity to showcase their talents, such as dancing, singing, and composing poems. The students received invaluable mentorship and guidance from dedicated members of Kennedys IQ’s Kerala team, who helped them nurture their ideas throughout the program’s duration.

To foster teamwork and collaboration, the students were divided into different groups, and the top five finalist teams emerged: Dream Girls, Wings, Smart Stars, Blue Sky, and Three Kings. These young innovators were invited to the Kennedys IQ office to present their ideas. For many of the students, this event marked their first visit to the city and Technopark, as well as their first experience speaking in English in front of a large audience.

The event featured prominent figures from Kennedys IQ, including Richard West, Partner and Global Head of Innovation, Karim Derrick, Chief Product Officer, Rhian Gait Parker, Chief Operating Officer, and Tony Joseph, CEO of Kennedys IQ, India. Renju VM, CTO of Kennedys IQ India, Jayakumar R, CFO of Kennedys IQ India, and Sreekumar V, Centre Head of Tata Elxsi and Secretary of GTech were also key personalities in attendance.
