Mango and Honey Festival in Trivandrum

TechnoparkToday.com>> May 2013: National Mango and Honey festival, organized by State Horticulture Mission and the Mango Growers’ Association, will start at Kanakakkunnu palace on May 2.

The organizers arranging sale of exotic varieties of mangoes like Jehangir, Desari, Salem, Banglora and common varieties of Neelam, Varikka, Kaappadi, Sindooram, Chandrakaran, Nambiar, Farankiladuva, Chakkarakutti, Kotturkonam, Moovandan and Kilichundan.

Mango growers from various districts in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh will participate in the fest.

The 11-day long exhibition will also feature honey and honey based products.  Horticorp’s own brand, Amritha Honey and Honey Cola, will also be there for sale.
