One of the worstest experience ! The complimentary bun received with the bucket chicken was ages old, had a rotten smell. The chicken was hard and is aged as well. We had taken a parcel and once we reached home we realise that they had forgotten to keep the burgers we ordered. This is real bad service, they are ready to deliver the burgers but we went far beyond their limits. A refund must be done, else I would escalate this and sue their franchise. The crowd was zero, 2 person came in to check if Kerala Meals would be served! These kind of things are not a hit in Kerala, it just waste of time and money .
In fact, the serving guys are mallus. It will take some time for them to know the value of word ‘marrybrown’.
