Job Description: Looking for SAP Project Manager with 5-8 years experience.
The project manager is responsible for the overall on-time, on-budget delivery of a successful SAP implementation.
Responsibilities include:
– Developing work plans, managing deadlines and coordination of project team and sub-team activities
– Estimating project skill requirements, and then working with resource deployment managers to identify appropriate resources and manage their integration into the team
– Defining and agreeing on deliverables and milestones
– Setting and controlling scope
– Communicating status and vision to client management and stakeholders
– Overall team management, including regular evaluations
– Project financial management
– Risk management
Required:-
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have 5 years of experience in any of the SAP Technical/Functional modules.
- At least 5 years experience in designing and implementing the SAP projects- hands on.
- At least 5 years experience in managing a team of 10+ full-time employees (FTEs)
- At least 2 years experience in business case development
- At least 6 months experience in proposal development of at least 3 proposals with one having a TCV over $1m
- At least 3 years experience in contract management, multiple supplier/company environment, subcontractor experience, and Proposal experience
- Readiness to travel
- Excellent communication skills
