Paperless entry to Technopark: Visitor Management System Started in Technopark

TechnoparkToday.com>> To avoid inconveniences and issues in entry at Technopark main gate, Technopark authorities announced an Online Visitor Management System for Technopark.

Visitors can avoid waiting at the reception for getting the paper pass and registering their details. Through this online platform, entry passes can be issued prior to the date of visit. Companies will also be able to keep a tab on the number of walk-in entry passes processed through the system. 

How it works  

Visitors can request online for an entry pass directly to the concerned company.  After receiving the visitor’s request, the company can approve the request online, after that a URL will be sent to the visitor’s mobile number/ e-mail id.  From this notification, visitor can generate their entry pass. Visitors have to generate their pass from the URL and show the softcopy at the entrance gate.

Not having smart phones ? No worries..!

If the visitors do not have access to a smartphone, they can take a printout of the pass from the self-operating kiosk available at the reception by entering OTP number received on their number or email.

Through this process, we can utilize the rear gate as well for entry. 

VIP Entry

This process will also help to streamline the VIP entry process. For issuing VIP pass to the VIP guests, companies need to send a request email with the details such as Guest’s Name, email id, contact number, Name and Designation of the Person to meet, and date of visit. For availing this facility, companies need to register into the system using their registered email ID at Technopark.

Visitors can raise entry requests through the mobile app “Technopark Visitor” or the URL https://vms.technopark.org .
