Ltd, a leading provider of Islamic core banking system today opened its first Global Support and Development Centre in India at Infopark Cherthala. The new office was inaugurated by Aroor MLA, Adv. A M Arif in the presence of Principal Secretary IT, GoK P H Kurian, Infopark CEO Hrishikesh Nair and Path Solutions senior management comprising of Chairman and CEO Mohammed Kateeb, Executive VP for Operations & Global Support Jacob Zachariah and Path Solutions India Director Bobby Kuriakose.
Path Solutions India is a wholly owned subsidiary of Path Solutions K.S.C.C, Kuwait is a recognized market leader specialized in the provision of Islamic and Investment software solutions for banks and financial institutions. The company already has established presence in the Middle East, GCC, Africa, South East Asia and Europe with over 90 financial institutions using its Islamic core banking system.
“Kerala as an IT destination has gained a lot of prominence amongst Indian and global companies in the last couple of years. In March 2013 our exports touched the Billion dollar exports league by recording Rs.5300 crore. NASSCOM last week projected that IT exports in Kerala is expected to grow by 50% and Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has anticipated creation of over 30000 new jobs in the IT sector in the next 18 months. After the inauguration of the office, an Ifthaar party was also organized to celebrate the breaking of fast during the Holy month of Ramzan in the new premises.
