Rahul got special training on how to get along with people, in turn, he has become the quintessential customer care manager. ‘The Customer care’, special attitude of Rahul solved many of the problems emerged as customer grievances. Rahul was trained to practice the concepts of “Continuous improvement” and ‘Consistent Performance’ by the voluntary organization, JCI. All those learning and training workshops helped him to develop and to be successful in life and profession. Consequently, Rahul became an excellent speaker, presenter and a very systematic executive, who was one of the most, sought out persons in the organization. He completes all his projects on time, brings in splendid results. The team members of Rahul also have become committed and very systematic. He proved himself to be an asset to the organization. No wonder, he was considered as the first person for the promotion, during their appraisal.

The learning points:-
The employee has to introspect whether he/she is an asset to the organization. Also, they should be aware of the value additions they provide to the organization. If he is convincingly found to be an asset to the organization, he will be promoted. Because, promotions are not supposed to be given, but earned! Those who think it is the former will always be disappointed.

  • Take up new challenges
  •  Volunteer for activities, on a need basis.
  • Update your knowledge.

3. You can become an asset to the organization through good will enhancement of the organization.

  • Your personal achievement results in the enhancement of the good will of the organization.
  • The customer of the organization compliments the employee on his positive impact adding to the good will of the organization.
  • The employee contributes to the successful trouble shooting of the organization.
