‘Project Vyvidhyam’ to improve biodiversity of Technopark campus: Official launch on world environment day (June 5)

TechnoparkToday.com>> Prakruthi, in association with Technopark and State medicinal plant board, will launch ‘Project Vyvidhyam’ at Technopark. The official launch of the project will be held on world environment day (June 5) at 11:30 am at Bhavani entrance here at Technopark.

Technopark CEO Hrishikesh Nair and Radhakrishnan Nair CEO, State Medicinal Plant Board will be launching the project.

The project Vyvidhyam aims at planting 500 plants of 200 species inside Technopark campus as part of improving biodiversity in the greenest IT park.

As the first phase of the project, the team already identified and marked locations appropriate for each plants. Prakrithi volunteers, with the support of park centre staff, are working for the project for the last 3 weeks.

“We are getting support from the Technopark authority especially, Abhilash DS (HR and Admin, Technopark, Pradeep (Facilities, Technopark), and Saneesh (Gardening in charge, Technopark)” Biju Sundaran of Prakruthi told technoparktoday.com.

Prakruthi volunteers Shagin, Sajin, Divas, Unni, and Rahul were leading the initiative.
