“Qisa 2014” technopark short film festival award distribution by Adoor Gopalakrishnan on 10th Dec

TechnoparkToday.com (Dec, 2014): 22 short films directed by technopark employees screened on Saturday, 2014 December 6th 09:30am onwards. Sri M F Thomas, national award winning film critic, Smt. Bhawani Cheerath, acclaimed film critic and Sri Sajin Babu, noted young director will also be part of the jury. ” Qisa 214 ” Awards announced at 7pm by Jury chairman Sri M F Thomas along with other jury members. * Best Film – “Conscience” directed by Vishnulal S (Envestnet)

*Best Second film – “Emblica” directed by Gokul Narayanan (Infosys) and “Poppykuda” directed by Arun Dev (UST Global)

*Best Director – Vishnulal S (Envestnet) for the film “Conscience”

*Best Script writer – Kiran Prasad R (UST Global) for the film “Inganeyum Chilar”

*Best Actor – Disney James for the film Burning Desire

 “Mangiya Kaazchakal” , a film by Ajith Anirudhan also screened in “Qisa 2014″ in non-competition category.

The awards will be distributed on Wednesday, 2014 December 10th at 6pm at Travancore Hall, Technopark. India’s most acclaimed contemporary filmmaker Sri Adoor Gopalakrishnan will distribute awards to winners.

Jury chairman Sri M F Thomas, Technopark Senior Manger Sri M Vasudevan, Jury members Sri Sajin Babu, Smt Bhawani Cheerath also will be part of Grand award ceremony.
