KSEB is to launch a new SMS facility to report the complaints when the power failure occurs. A unique number will be finalized by the coming week and announced for the convenience of the customers.
This project will be executed by the IT division of KSEB. the messages will be delivered to their monitoring server placed in trivandrum, when the complaint registered, a tracking number will be sent to the customer for the further reference. after that the complaint will be automatically forwarded to the corresponding section office, and they will rectify the problem.
