Samraksha Food Outlet changing Techies’ Food Culture

TechnoparkToday.com>> November 28, 2014:  The recently opened TOURFED’s Samraksha food outlet, serving Jail Chappattis, is making tremendous changes in food culture of Techies.

Those who had to shell out a huge amount for food will now get three meals a day with just below Rs. 100.

The Samraksha stall became instant hit among techies. Based on the sales, 40% of techies who are depending on restaurant food during working hours have switched to Samraksha’s hygienic healthy food packets. The sales figures showing a gradual hike day by day. The stall is selling nearly 3000 food packets on a daily basis.

“I am depending Samaraksha outlet for 3 meals a day. Chapatti-veg curry packet for breakfast, Chapatti-chicken packet for lunch and chapatti-egg curry for evening, in total I have to spend only Rs. 78.  Previously, I have to spend the same amount for a single meal” Said Shijesh, a Technopark employee.

Instant popularity of Samraksha has really worried other eateries in an around Technopark. Some of them have immediately slashed prices of their dishes. A restaurant functioning near the Nila rear gate (California gate) is now selling 4 Parottas and chicken curry for Rs. 40 and chicken curry meals for Rs. 60.

Samraksha has added a new dish in it’s menu. The latest dish is chilli chicken for Rs. 40.
