Job Description:
Openings for SEO/SEM Specialist (Search Engine Optimization) in Trivandrum with experience of 2 to 5 years.
Manage the Search Engine Optimization efforts to demonstrate clear results in terms of traffic, and lead conversions
Prior experience in building PPC campaigns, restructuring and optimizing SEM campaigns is a must.
Perform relevant Link Building, Directory Submissions and Social Bookmarking.
Hands on optimization, improving site structure, page construction and keyword lists.
Perform relevant Link Building, Directory Submissions and Social Bookmarking.

Review developer code to ensure pages are crawlable and SEO optimized
Ensure xml submissions are done and accurate with all search engines.
Research, identify and build partnerships with authoritative websites and blogs for important link building.
Stay up to date on the latest algorithm changes and be involved with SEO think tanks.
Excellent written and spoken English, Good communication skills to work in a cross-cultural team is a must.
Preferred Skills:
2-5 years of work experience in SEO/SEM.
Should have successfully Optimized minimum 4-5 websites in past 1-2 years.
Experience of search marketing Strategy and its implementation, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies, relevant SEO tools & packages.
Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Social Media.
Experience with managing link building campaigns. Experience with large dynamic sites is preferable.
Management of online marketing of major events organized by company. Analyse traffic trends, keyword rankings, on-site and off-site SEO strategies and more
Expert Knowledge of HTML,CSS,experience optimizing within a CMS.
Track, compile, analyse and generate reports on effectiveness of marketing programs, Create and maintain reports on SEO performance
Project management skills with an aptitude to manage multiple projects simultaneously background in PPC is huge plus.
Very good analytical skills, independent critical thinking capabilities
Should play an instrumental role in planning the website from the scratch and will take all possible steps in popularizing the website among the target audience
