Skills/Qualification:BE/BTech/MTech/MCA with 3-4, years experience with .NET technology (ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Web Services, XML, AJAX, SQL Server) 3yrs of minimum experience in web development and should be having leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills.
