Stray dog attack in Technopark: Three Injured

TechnoparkToday.com>> Three women employees, returning from work, were attacked by a stray dog on Thursday in Technopark campus.

The women, all working in companies in Nila building, were attacked by a stray dog by around 7 p.m.   Two of them took treatment from medical college and one from general hospital.   This is not the first incident where techies were attacked by stray dogs.

The density of stray dogs inside Technopark campus is increasing alarmingly. Dumping of waste near the left side area of Nila building may be one reason for the increasing menace around nila building.

When Thiruvananthapuram Corporation Mayor V K Prasanth interacted with techies recently, he had promised to take action on the dog menace.  Corporation’s dog squad had visited Technopark premises at that time, but that seems to be ineffective in curbing the menace.
