Student team from Cleveland State University visits Technopark

Trivandrum, June 23, 2011 – 12 students from Cleveland State University (CSU), Ohio, USA, visited Technopark as part of their “India Study” programme. The team led by Dr. Murali D Nair, Director of School of Social Work, CSU was briefed about the Indian IT industry and Kerala IT scenario. Mervin Alexander, CEO, Technopark participated in an interactive session with them.

Ms Kavitha Pillai and Ms Manjula, of UST Global Corporate Social Responsibility team made a presentation about the various initiatives they have been taking in the area of corporate social responsibility and women empowerment. The CSU team also visited the various facilities of Technopark. Shri. Abhilash, Officer (Personnel & Admin) and Ms. Gita, Asst. Manager (Marketing & Legal) accompanied the team.

    I will be more interested if somebody post the news about students from a rural area school visited Technopark.

    I read many “India Study”s and nobody ever written anything good more than 30-40% about “india”.
