Taurus’ Downtown Technopark to begin construction by 2017. Office space, retail mall, hotels, convention centers, and multiplexes in nearly 10 acres.

TechnoparkToday.com>> Construction works of Taurus  Downtown Technopark project, the much awaited nucleus of Technopark, may take off by beginning of 2017.   According to sources, the government and Technopark authorities are proactive in getting the project on track.   Taurus has already completed the procedures with Technopark for land leasing and marking boundaries.

Downtown Technopark will be a mixed use project with 18lakh sq ft office leasable area and 7.5 lack sq ft retail leasable area in the 9.73 acres in non-SEZ commercial land.  Taurus will construct offices, retail mall, hotels, convention facilities, multiplexes, and other utilities.

Taurus is a Real Estate Private Equity Company and active deal participant in thirty markets around the world.

Ajay Prsad, Taurus country head, said to a media that there was no delay in the project and they are on process of completing the acquisition works.  They are expecting to get the environment clearance by this November.  Once started, the project will be completed in 24 months.
