I dont think that this is the right way to organize as most of the companies is working during this days. The organizers should atleast take care to organise this function from next year by making sure giving off to all the employees for 2 days for all companies from work atmosphere and all can join the show so each and everybody can have a nice time and enjoy.

Oh Please …a lot of companies have around the clock support, 365 days a year in technopark. How do you think the Organizers of this event has power over millions of clients over US and UK and demand that employees be given holidays for two days before conducting a festival ?? Common sense is not so common anymore.
