TechnoparkToday.com>> Christmas is a time to spread joy. Techie couple – Manjusha M and Anushankar S – are doing something unique this Christmas. With their act of kindness, around 50 girls of an orphanage in the city will have a joyful Christmas this time.
Manjusha and Anushankar, who also runs a boutique ‘Faga’, will gift designer dresses as Christmas gift to around 50 girl students in CSI Willis Girls Boarding Home at LMS compound.
A good amount of costly cloth materials that go wasted during making of high cost designer clothes that first made the couple think about effectively utilizing it. Thus they thought of making beautiful designer clothes for underprivileged kids. The staff of the boutique too offered supports for the initiative. Thus they made around 50 designer wears after taking measurements of each girls at the orphanage.
On Wednesday, the team will present the Christmas gift to the children at CSI Willis Girls School at around 5pm. This will be followed by Christmas celebration.
In addition to this, the girls will get a chance to walk the ramp wearing their special clothes. An IT company in Technopark has invited Faga to conduct a fashion show featuring the children as part of the Christmas celebration at its office.
“The girls were very excited when we went to take measurements. It was a heart warming moment for us. So we decided to do similar activity every year for various orphanages,” Anushankar and Manjusha told Technoparktoday.Com.
