TechonparkToday.com>> April 6, 2014: The results of the exclusive Techie voters survey conducted by TechnoparkToday through the community news portal, Technoparktoday.com and and e-mail forwards, is finally out. The survey was intended to know the views of Technopark employees about today’s politics and the upcoming parliament election.
Interestingly 90% of techies will vote in this election. For prime minister of choice, 45% supported Narendra Modi and 31% supported Aravind Kejrival while only 14% of techies supported Rahul Gandi.

this is the perfect verdict. techies are very smart, above all of the political gimmicks, they know who all should be ruling us. the distribution is balanced for a perfect democratic system.
Tharoor will emerge as the winner on May 16
How? nobody will vote tharoor this time. he himself proved that he is another ‘politician’ both in public and in personal life. public lost their faith and trust in him as a politician or a good human being. O.Rajagopal or Ajith Joy is the right candidate for Trivandrum and its development.
Brother, Tharoor’s work can be found in his website. updated reports every 6 months. It is your choice to take or reject it. Regarding his wife’s death, even her father,bro,son dont raise a doubt on Tharoor. Anyway it is cakewalk for Tharoor in Trivandrum with a reduced Margin

After seeing this do you still think Taroor is the right candidate or just a very ordinary politician in every aspect? putting high mask lights and bus sheltor can be done by a panchayath president, for that no need to become a MP.

1. Ajith Joy – Aaam admi is the symbol of anti-corruption and the new hope for us. voting for him is trying something new for us, but very less chances are there that AAP will be in centre. still good.
2. Bennet Abraham – a new face, and not so popular or influential among trivandrumites. Even if he wins, he can’t do anything because no way the central govt is going to be a third front.
3. Rajagopal – very familiar to trivandrum and a person with clean image. he is the one did the most development in the history of trivandrum ( including the new trains to kerala). In todays political scenario, If we wins, he will become a cabinet minister, and he can do more for trivandrum, and he proved that he can and he will.
4. Sasi Tharoor – Already got a chance, but most of his claims are still not materialized ( twin city, hi-court bunch, vizinjam port ) and more over if we vote tharoor, indirectly voting the most corrupted govt in india’s history. also the recent incident made some very bad impression on his clean image.
So cast your votes and choose your candidate wisely.
I lost all of my respect to sasi taroor after seeing this news.

ശ്രീ ഒ രാജഗോപാൽ അഥവാ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തുകാരുടെ പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട രാജേട്ടൻ, റെയിൽവെ മന്ത്രിയായിരുന്ന കാലത്ത് അദ്ദേഹം മുൻകയ്യെടുത്ത് കേരളത്തിനു വേണ്ടി നേടിയെടുത്ത അനേകം കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ ചിലതെങ്കിലും ഈ അവസരത്തിൽ ഒർക്കാതിരിക്കുന്നത് നന്ദികേടാവുമെന്നു കരുതുന്നു.
കേരളവും വിദൂര സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളുമായി ബന്ധിപ്പിച്ച് 12 ട്രെയിനുകളാണ് അദ്ദേഹം മന്ത്രിയായിരുന്ന കാലത്ത് നമുക്ക് ലഭിച്ചത്. കൂടാതെ ഇന്ത്യൻ റെയിൽവേയുടെ കേരളത്തിലെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ കാര്യക്ഷമമാക്കാൻ പ്രത്യേകം ഒരു ചീഫ് എഞ്ചിനീയറെ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തി. കേരളത്തിൽ പാത ഇരട്ടിപ്പിക്കൽ സാധ്യമാക്കിയതും ഇക്കാലയളവിലാണ്. വളരെ കുറഞ്ഞ സമയത്തിൽ കേരളത്തിലെ പ്രധാന റെയിൽവേ സ്റ്റേഷനുകൾ നവീകരിച്ച് യാത്രക്കാർക്കുള്ള സൌകര്യങ്ങൾ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തി. മറ്റു സ്റ്റേഷനുകളുടെ വികസനത്തിന് പ്രധാന സ്റ്റേഷനുകളെ മാതൃകയാക്കി. 16 പുതിയ സ്റ്റേഷനുകൾ പണികഴിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. 20 സ്റ്റേഷനുകളിൽ പുതിയ പ്ലാറ്റ് ഫോമുകൾ നിർമ്മിച്ചു. പ്രധാന സ്റ്റേഷനുകളിൽ അനേകം ഫുട്ട് ഓവർ ബ്രിഡ്ജുകളും പൂർത്തിയാക്കി.
വളരെക്കാലമായി ജനങ്ങൾ മുറവിളികൂട്ടിയിട്ടും മുൻ സർക്കാരുകൾ അവഗണിച്ചുപോന്ന റെയിൽവേ ഓവർ ബ്രിഡ്ജുകൾക്ക് വേണ്ടിയുള്ള ആവശ്യം, അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ ഒരുക്കുന്നതിലൂടെ രാജ്യപുരോഗതി ലക്ഷ്യം വച്ച ബിജെപി സർക്കാർ വന്നതോടെ മുൻഗണനാ വിഷയങ്ങളിലൊന്നായി. ആകെ 57 ഓവർ ബ്രിഡ്ജുകളും അണ്ടർപാസ്സുകളും നിർമിച്ച് ലെവൽ ക്രോസുകൾ മൂലമുള്ള ജനങ്ങളുടെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൾക്കറുതി വരുത്തി.
ഓ രാജഗോപാൽ റെയിൽവേ മന്ത്രിയായിരുന്ന കാലത്താണ് റെയിൽവേ ലൈനുകൾ വൈദ്യുതീകരിക്കുന്ന പദ്ധതിയ്ക്ക് തുടക്കമിട്ടത്. ഈറോഡ് – എറണാകുളം, കോട്ടയം, ആലപ്പുഴ വഴികളിലൂടെ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയിരുന്നു ആദ്യ പാദം. വല്ലാർപാടം കണ്ടെയ്നർ ടെർമിനലിനെ മെയിൻ റെയിൽവേ ലൈനുമായി ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്ന റെയിൽവേ ലൈനിൻറെ പ്രാഥമിക സർവെയ്ക്കുള്ള തുക ബജറ്റിൽ വകയിരുത്തിയതും അദ്ദേഹമാണ്.
പുതിയ പാതകളായ കുറ്റിപ്പുറം – ഗുരുവായൂർ, അങ്കമാലി – ശബരിമല, കോട്ടയം – എരുമേലി എന്നിവയ്ക്കായി 190 കോടി രൂപയും ബജറ്റിൽ വകയിരുത്തി.
വെക്കേഷൻ സ്പെഷ്യൽ ട്രെയിൻ എന്ന ആശയം കേരളത്തിൽ ആദ്യമായി അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത് ശ്രീ. ഒ രാജഗോപാൽ ആണ്. രാജ്യത്തിൻറെ എല്ലാഭാഗത്തു നിന്നും കേരളത്തിലേയ്ക്ക് സ്പെഷ്യൽ ട്രെയിനുകൾ ആരംഭിച്ചു. ഇതിൽ പ്രധാനം ഓണക്കാലത്ത് ഡൽഹിയിൽ നിന്നും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തേയ്ക്കുള്ള സ്പെഷ്യൽ ട്രെയിനാണ്. ശബരിമല സീസണിലും ഒട്ടനവധി സ്പെഷ്യൽ ട്രെയിനുകൾ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു. ഗുജറാത്തിൽ ഭൂകമ്പം ഉണ്ടായ സമയത്ത് കേരളത്തിലേയ്ക്കുള്ള യാത്രക്കാർക്കായ് സ്പെഷ്യൽ ട്രെയിനുകൾ ഓടിച്ചു.
കൂടുതൽ റിസർവേഷൻ കൗണ്ടറുകൾ തുടങ്ങുകയും പുതിയ സ്റ്റേഷനുകൽ കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർവൽക്കരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
പുതിയ ട്രെയ്ൻ സർവീസുകളുറ്റെ എണ്ണത്തിൽ കാര്യമായ വർധനയുണ്ടായി. കേരളത്തിനു പുറത്തുള്ള മലയാളികളുടെ അഭ്യർത്ഥന മാനിച്ച് രാജ്കോട്ട് – എറണാകുളം ട്രെയിൻ ആഴ്ചയിൽ രണ്ടു ദിവസമാക്കുകയും പ്രത്യേകമായി ഒരു ടൂറിസ്റ്റ് കംപാർട്മെൻറ് ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഹൈദരാബാദ് – എറണാകുളം എക്സ്പ്രസ് ദിവസേനയാക്കി. പൂനെ – എറണാകുളം റൂട്ടിൽ പുതിയ ട്രെയിൻ ആരംഭിച്ചു.
അനവധി ട്രെയിനുകൾ ദീർഘിപ്പിക്കുകയും കേരളത്തിലെ ജനങ്ങളുടെ യാത്രാക്ലേശം പരിഹരിക്കാൻ കൂടുതൽ സ്റ്റോപ്പുകൾ അനുവദിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
കൊല്ലം – തിരുനെല്വേലി – തിരുചെന്തൂർ – തെങ്കാശി – വിരുതുനഗർ മീറ്റർ ഗേജ് ബ്രോഡ്ഗേജ് ആക്കി.
സുരക്ഷയ്ക്ക് മുൻകരുതൽ നൽകാൻ കൂടുതൽ തുക ബജറ്റിൽ വകയിരുത്തി. ട്രെയിൻ ഗതാഗതം സുരക്ഷിതവും വേഗമാർന്നതുമാക്കാൻ പാലക്കാട്, തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഡിവിഷനുകളിൽ ഇൻറർലോക്കിംഗ് സംവിധാനം ഏർപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു.
തിരുവനന്തപുരം റെയിൽവേസ്റ്റേഷൻ ആധുനീകരിക്കുകയും രണ്ടാമതൊരു പ്രവേശന കവാടവും പാർക്കിംഗ് സ്ഥലവും ബുക്കിംഗ് കൗണ്ടറുകളും മറ്റ് അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യങ്ങളും ഒരുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തേയ്ക്ക് കൂടുത്തൽ ട്രെയിനുകൾ കൊണ്ടുവരാൻ കൊച്ചുവേളിയിൽ ഒരു പുതിയ ടെർമിനൽ സ്ഥാപിച്ചു. പുതിയതായി 4 ഉം 5 ഉം പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമുകൾ തിരുവനന്തപുരം സെൻട്രൽ ടെർമിനലിൽ സജ്ജമാക്കി. കൂടുതൽ ട്രെയിനുകളെ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളാൻ പാകത്തിൽ റെയിൽവേ യാർഡ്‌ വിപുലമാക്കി.
തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ A ക്യാറ്റഗറി റെയിൽവേ സ്റ്റേഷനാക്കാൻ ആധുനീകരിച്ച സ്ലാബ് സിസ്റ്റം ഏർപ്പെടുത്തി. തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് റൂട്ട് റിലെ സിസ്റ്റം ഏർപ്പെടുത്തി. തിരുവനന്തപുരം റെയിൽവേ സ്റ്റേഷനിലെ പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമുകൾ ഉയർത്തി.
കായംകുളം സ്റ്റേഷൻ നവീകരിച്ച് വിശ്രമ മുറികൾ പണിതു.
ആലപ്പുഴ, ആലുവ, കോട്ടയം സ്റ്റേഷനുകളിൽ വാട്ടർ ഹൈഡ്രൻഡ് പ്ലാൻ സജ്ജീകരിച്ചു.
ആലപ്പുഴയിലും തൃശൂരും പാഴ്സൽ ഓഫീസ്, ക്ലോക്ക് റൂം, റിസർവേഷൻ ഓഫീസ്, കാന്ടീൻ, ഡൊർമിറ്ററി എന്നിവ പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിച്ചു. ചെങ്ങന്നൂരിൽ പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോം നിർമിച്ചു. കോട്ടയം സ്റ്റേഷൻ B കാറ്റഗറി സ്റ്റേഷനായി ഉയർത്തി. കോട്ടയം റെയിൽവേ സ്റ്റേഷനെ ബസ് സ്റ്റാൻഡുമായി ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കാൻ മേല്പ്പാലം നിർമിച്ചു.
ജനപ്രിയ റ്റ്രെയിനുകളായ ജനശതാബ്ദി, അമൃത എക്സ്പ്രസ്, തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തുനിന്നും നാഗർകോവിൽ വഴി എഗ്മൂറിലെക്കുള്ള അനന്തപുരി എക്സ്പ്രസ്, തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തുനിന്നും ആലപ്പുഴ വഴി മംഗലാപുരത്തെക്കുള്ള മാവേലി എക്സ്പ്രസ്, കൊൽക്കത്തയിലേക്കുള്ള ഗുരുദേവ് എക്സ്പ്രസ് എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് അനുവദിച്ചു.
കേരളത്തിൽ 50 റെയിൽവേ ഓവർബ്രിഡ്ജുകൾക്കാണു ഇക്കാലയളവിൽ അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചത്. ആദ്യത്തെ EMU ട്രെയിനും രാജേട്ടന്റെ സംഭാവനയായി കേരളത്തിലെ ട്രെയിൻ യാത്രക്കാർ എന്നും ഓർക്കും.

People with common sense never elect Tharoor again in their life time. he is the one spending his time in five star hotels and calling common men as ‘CATTLE CLASS’. that’s his attitude towards the common man and their problems.
Also everyone know what are the other incidents happened in FIVE STAR hotels. and wondering how he can face people in the election. anyway may be those are his personal matters, but as a representative of people, he / she should be have a good morality and clean image both in his personal and professional life.
And did you forget the promises he gave to trivandrum five years back? – oh trivandrum is now barcelona…the only problem is we can’t go to thampanoor after a rain…
What other sectors your candidate contributed other than putting some lights and waiting sheds, and 20 meter high banners praising himself?

തിരുവനന്തപുരം: തിരുവനന്തപുരം ലോക്‌സഭാ മണ്ഡലത്തിലെ യു.ഡി.എഫ് സ്ഥാനാര്‍ഥി ശശി തരൂര്‍ സി.എസ്.ഐ. സഭയുടെ പാസ്റ്റര്‍മാരുടെ യോഗം വിളിച്ച് പണം വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്തായി പരാതി. തരൂരിന്റെയും പാസ്റ്റര്‍മാരുടെയും സംസാരത്തിന്റെ ശബ്ദരേഖ പുറത്തുവന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. ബി.ജെ.പി. തരൂരിനെതിരെ ഈ ശബ്ദരേഖയടക്കം വരണാധികാരിക്ക് പരാതി നല്‍കി. എല്‍ .ഡി.എഫ് ഇന്നു പരാതി നല്‍കും.
ശനിയാഴ്ച രാത്രിയാണ് തരൂര്‍ പ്രാര്‍ഥനായോഗം എന്ന പേരില്‍ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ തന്റെ ഫ്ലാറ്റില്‍ പെന്തക്കോസ്ത് പാസ്റ്റര്‍മാരുടെ യോഗം വിളിച്ചുചേര്‍ത്തത്. യോഗത്തിനെത്തിയവര്‍ക്ക് ഭക്ഷണവും ഒരുക്കിയിരുന്നു. നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി അധികാരത്തില്‍ വരാതിരിക്കാന്‍ ക്രിസ്ത്യാനികള്‍ തനിക്ക് വോട്ട് ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് യോഗത്തില്‍ തരൂര്‍ യോഗത്തില്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടത്. എല്‍ .ഡി.എഫിന് മേല്‍ക്കൈയുള്ള നെയ്യാറ്റിന്‍കര, നേമം എന്നിവിടങ്ങളില്‍ ഭൂരിപക്ഷം ലഭിക്കാന്‍ സി.എസ്.ഐ.ക്കാരുടെ സഹായം ആവശ്യമുണ്ടെന്നും ജയിച്ചാല്‍ ഇതിന് പ്രത്യുപകാരം ചെയ്യാമെന്നും തരൂര്‍ പറയുന്നതായാണ് ശബ്ദരേഖയിലുള്ളത്. ക്രിസ്ത്യാനികള്‍ കോണ്‍ഗ്രസിന് വോട്ട് ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും തരൂര്‍ ജയിക്കാന്‍ പ്രാര്‍ഥന നടത്തിയാല്‍ മാത്രം പോര എല്ലാവരെയും കൊണ്ട് വോട്ട് ചെയ്യിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യണമെന്നും ഒരു പാസ്റ്റര്‍ പറയുന്നതും ശബ്ദരേഖയില്‍ വ്യക്തമാണ്. തരൂരിന്റെ നടപടിയോട് എതിര്‍പ്പുള്ള ചില പാസ്റ്റര്‍മാര്‍ തന്നെയാണ് ഈ പ്രസംഗം റെക്കോഡ് ചെയ്ത് പുറത്തെത്തിച്ചത്.

It seems pastors can be buyed for 1000-1500 rupee . The man who alleges himself says nobody took money. There is nothing illegal in this meeting. Videos of O.Rajan and others meeting with VSDP,Muslim leaders, NSS, SNDP, AMMA , priests will prove true colours.

I have seen video from Reporter. If there is something new , i havent seen :). Boss, he was honest himself to admit that his margin will be reduced to 20k from 100k as per his calculation bcz of triangular contest. He was not a #feku or not Drama Kejriwal to hype.
If meeting Religious leaders, heards, institution is communal..Then from Kerala, who is not communal.. Here pastors were in favor of Hindu and not xtians. So there is no way it is polarisation. VSDP has openly seeked vote for Bennet in the name of Nadar (Source :Media One)

Rajagopal is the best candidate to vote for. forget about the politics, vote for able candidate work for development and stand for people, and with clean image.
