Technomall to get a new Life with Multiplex and Food Court

TechnoparkToday.com>> Technopark authorities are planning to renovate Technomall, the commercial space in Phase I campus, by including new facilities like food courts and multiplex.

The existing Technomall was designed and built almost 25 years ago with facilities to serve only 5000 people, and now not many Techies are showing interest to go to the three-storied Technomall.  Currently there are around 30 service providers including a bank, Ambrosia, Baskin Robins Ice cream outlet, DC Books shop and some computer shops operating from the mall.

The Downtown Technopark project in phase III will have another big mall, but to cater the needs of Techies in Phase I campus, Technomall is essential.

“There is a queue of commercial firms applied for space in Technomall.  TP authorities are planning to invite expression of interest from qualified agencies to develop the mall soon.” KG Girih Babu, CEO Technopark said to media.
