Technopark-Based HR Community to Host ‘Elevate’24’ Conclave

Trivandrum Nov 2024: In response to the rapidly changing HR landscape and the need for future-ready organizations, the Technopark-based HR community forum, HREvolve, is set to host a one-day conclave, ‘Elevate’24,’ on November 21 at Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram.

Themed ‘Shaping the Future: Leading with Agility, Innovation, and Purpose,’ the event aims to empower people leaders to drive change in building adaptive, innovative, and purpose-driven organizations. HREvolve, under the umbrella of GTech and MuLearn, is dedicated to reimagining the future of human resources within the Technopark ecosystem.

The inaugural session will take place at 9 AM at the Park Centre, Technopark, and will be graced by key industry leaders including Col. Sanjeev Nair, CEO of Technopark; Mr. Anoop Ambika, CEO of Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM); Mr. Dinesh Thampi, Member of the High Power IT Committee, Govt. of Kerala; Mr. Sreekumar V, Centre Head at Tata Elxsi and Secretary of GTech; and Mr. Deepu S Nath, Managing Director at FAYA.

Delivering the keynote address will be Mr. Raj Raghavan, Chief People Officer at CoreStack Inc and a seasoned HR leader with experience at Indigo, Amazon APAC & ME, and GE India. His session will set the stage for a day focused on navigating the complexities of technology, workforce transformation, and human-centered leadership.

The conclave will also feature insights from industry experts through specialized sessions and a panel discussion. Mr. Biju Dominic, Chief Evangelist at Fractal Analytics & Chairman of FinalMile Consulting, will delve into the topic of ‘Shaping the Future of Human Behaviour with Insights from Neuroscience,’ while Mr. Magical Rafi, Founder & Chief Mentor at Magic of Change, will explore ‘Rewire to Reshape: Preparing Our Minds for the Future.’

Additional notable speakers include Ms. Dedeepya Ajith John, Senior Director – South & Advisory Services, APAC, SHRM; Mr. Aravind Warrier, HR Leader at Volvo India; and Mr. Pratap G, Founder of Leadership Experiences.

The event’s panel discussion, titled ‘Navigating Disruptions: Merging Technology with Human Ingenuity,’ will address the intersection of technology and human capabilities. The discussion will feature Ms. Suja Chandy, Chief Sustainability Officer at Zafin; Mr. Varghese Cherian, Head of Technology & Services at UST; and Mr. Leyones Abraham from Infosys, with Dr. Jayasankar Prasad, Director of DCSMAT, serving as the moderator.

HREvolve, which meets every third Thursday at Park Centre, Technopark, is a platform for HR professionals and enthusiasts to discuss and address the evolving challenges and opportunities in the field.
