TechnoparkToday.com>> Technopark travel and tourism society announced the official launch of Technopark Express, the short-route bus service for technopark employees, on Monday (17/4/2017) at Bhavani building bus stop.
Techopark CEO Hrishikesh Nair will inaugurate the bus service in the in the presence of Shamon, president of Technopark travel and tourism society.
The bus will be operated exclusively for employees with valid ID cards issued by the companies in Technopark. The bus will operate from different boarding points such as Kazhakoottom Railway station, Kazhakoottom Junction, Kariavattom Junction and Trippadapuram to Technopark Phase 1, Technopark Phase III, UST Global and Infosys.
“Prepaid access cards are ready with registration fee of Rs. 20 and caution deposit of Rs. 50 (refundable). Recharges of Rs. 100 (10 trips), 200 (20 trips), and 500 (monthly, no additional reg fee or caution deposit needed) are available.” Nighil Raveendran, secretary, Technopark travel and tourism society said to TechnoparkToday.com.
The bus will be equipped with GPS enabled tracking systems developed by VehicleST. A security guard will be present in the vehicle for all trips. The fare for this service will be collected on a monthly basis using prepaid access cards provided by the society. The app-based access cards will be available from the society.
