Technopark is all set for Run Kerala Run

Thiruvananthapuram>> The stage is set for the ‘Run Kerala Run’. This unique mass run, the first of its kind in the world, will bring together people from all walks of life all across the state. The event will be held Tomorrow (January 20th at10.30am).

‘Run Kerala Run’ is a curtain raiser event for the 35th National Games, and will showcase Kerala’s unity and solidarity and its  commitment to the sporting community.

Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar will join Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and other dignitaries in the run, which will be flagged off by Hon Governor of Kerala Justice Shri P Sathasivam from the south gate of the Secretariat in Thiruvananthapuram. There will be 7000 points across the state at each of which people can participate in the run.

At Technopark :-
On Jan 20th , 2015 , Morning 10 am , Request all Technopark Inmates – Employers , employees , security staff , house keeping and invite each and everyone of you who upholds the spirit of unity & sportsmanship to assemble at Amphitheatre , near Park Centre , Technopark.
at 10 am – All teams assemble at Amphitheatre.
10:15 am – Solidarity Pledge
10:20 am – National Games Theme Song
10:25 am – Divide into two teams. Line up for the RUN.
10:30 am – Start RunKeralaRun

Team One – Will hold the National Games Banner in the front by two runners who will wear the RKR branded T Shirt. This team will run towards main gate from amphitheatre , pass the main gate will run towards kazhakuttom and culminates at Kazhakuttom junction.

Team Two – Will hold the National Games Banner in the front by two runners who will wear the RKR branded T Shirt. This team will run towards Technopark University side gate , pass the gate , run towards the main road, turn right and run towards the Karyavattom University Stadium and culminates at the Stadium.

Its a voluntary act , Companys can carry their banners in solidarity for National Games and can even run in their Company T Shirts in groups.
