Java Test Engineer
Technical Competency: Java web Testing

Job/Role Description:
-The resource should have hands-on experience in writing Functional Test Cases & System Integration Test Cases and executing the same.
-Experience in using any of the test tracking tools like Test Director.
-Experience in leading and mentoring small teams.
-Experience in Testing Tools like QTP would be an added advantage
-Communication Skill: L2 or above

-Communication Skill: L2 or above

Mainframe Test Lead
Job/Role Description: (Mainframe Testing)
-Should have very good technical knowledge on testing. Should be able to lead a team of 7+ team members.
-The resource should have hands-on experience in writing Functional Test Cases & System Integration Test Cases and executing the same.
-Experience in using any of the test tracking tools like Test Director / Test Manager.
-Experience in leading and mentoring small teams.
-Should have experience on testing Mainframe components developed using JCL, COBOL, IMS DC in IMS DB/DB2 environment.
-Very good client facing and communication skills.
-ClearQuest experience would be a plus
– Communication Skill: L3 or above

Test Manager
– Should have 8+ years of experience and good knowledge and experience on Functional and performance testing.
– Should be able to propose performance testing strategy and tools.
– Should be able to manage a team of 20+ team members.
– Good communication and management skills expected.
– Exposure of directly interacting with the customer would be an added advantage

Performance Test Lead
– Should have 5+ years of experience in testing and at least 2+ years in performance testing.
– Should be able to propose performance test goals, create test plan, manage the testing, guide the team, coordinate with other groups, distribute and analyze results.
-Good communication skills – At least L3.
– Able to lead a team of 10+ people

Performance Test Manager
– Should have 8+ years of experience and good knowledge and experience on Functional and performance testing.
– Should be able to propose performance testing strategy and tools.
– Should be able to manage a team of 20+ team members.
– Good communication and management skills expected.
– Exposure of directly interacting with the customer would be an added advantage.

Test Engineer (Load Runner)
Experience Level: 3+ Years of Experience

Technical Competency: Testing
Job/Role Description: Should have very good technical knowledge on following:
– VUGen , Load Runner (Required)
– Performance Center (Preferred)
– C (Preferred)
– HealthCare knowledge (Preferred)

Ration Robot (Test Lead)
– Should have 5-6 years of IT experience.
– Testing experience with Client Server and Web Technology.
– Experience in Rational Tools – Rational Robot, RFT, RMT and Requisitepro a must
– Previous experience in leading small or medium size teams

Ration Robot (Test Engineer)
– Should have 2-3 years of IT experience.
– Testing experience with Client Server and Web Technology.
– Experience in Rational Tools – Rational Robot, RFT, RMT and Requisitepro a must
– Good communication skills
– Good team player
– Exposure to Healthcare an added advantage

Automation Testers
Experience Level: 3+ years of Experience.

Technical Competency : Test Automation Tools – Rational Tester/ WInrunner/ QTP

Job/Role Description: : Testing experience in Database/Data warehousing, Mainframe testing knowledge.
Testing Scripts writing – Shell Scripts/ SQL / VB Script /Perl.
Test Automation Tools – Rational Tester/ WInrunner/ QTP.
Experience/Exposure to Informatica, WMQ ( MQSeries), Any specific Experience Required: Experience in testing using tools Rational Tester/ WInrunner/ QT
