Position: HR Executive

Location: Trivandrum, Technopark

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in IT recruitment
• Induction, Background Checks, Submission of documents, Creation of personnel files
• Knowledge in HR policies and processes
• Experience in Employee Engagement Activities and Grievance Handling
• Hands on Excel experience, Data Base Management
• Ability to take decision at required and critical circumstances
• Leave, Attendance Management and coordination of Appraisals
• Internal Communication Management
• Internal Reporting with respect to matters related to HR, such as status reports, compliance reports, and escalations

Experience: 1 – 3 yrs in IT field

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Bachelors degree in Science/Commerce/MBA with a background or education in Computer Sc./Applications or IT
