Sharing his views on being globally relevant, Shaun Mitra said, “In order to achieve true global relevance, the most successful brands have also been able to go local. This sort of success comes through support, not just from the leadership team but by having brand values woven into the fabric of the organization as a whole. And as with everything we do, periodic checks have to be put in place by brand managers to ensure that it is still relevant within the changing business landscape. ”
