Profile Description:
Managerial: § Responsible for running profitable operations through General management – including Strategic Planning, Business Analysis, Release management, Strategy Development, Strategy Implementation, Budgeting, and People Management. Functional: § Responsible for Process Management, SLA Compliance, Team Management, Quality Control, Relationship Management, Customer Services, General Administration, Business Reports, Manage teams for Requirement analysis & integration. § Should oversee deployment/ Implementation at client location, Extend technical, post-implementation and maintenance support to the end-user. Responsible for Requirement Analysis, Planning, and Monitoring activities till production to ensure compliance with quality & ISO standards. Co-ordinate with operating staff for enhanced productivity. Technical: § Responsible for System Analysis, System Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Support of IDS projects Program Management: § Responsible for structuring and managing integrated, multi-track projects and/or programs of multiple projects § Should Adapt and apply the Organization Approach to meet project and program objectives and business drivers § Identification and management of project and/or program issues. § Assessment and Risk management within and across multiple projects. § Maintaining Project tracking and information systems § Ensuring positive, collaborative work environment for the team. § Managing third-party partner and/or vendor relationships Managing projects to budget and ensuring project profitability. Proficient in preparing responses to request for proposals and information Project Management: § Responsible for Project planning, scoping, estimation, tracking, execution § Responsible for Effort & Cost Estimation § Implementation of project plans within pre-set budgets and deadlines § Project scheduling and analysis § Risk and Issue Management § Resource administration / Team Management § Project Execution and Change Management § Project Co-ordination and Status Tracking § Stakeholders Management, Contract management, Delivery Management § Project Set up and stabilization § Quality Assurance Process Management: § Structured Quality process definition and assurance management based on ISO 9001:2008 requirements § Structured risk assessments, continuous monitoring ,responding to risks as they arise § Process vision and design, enhancement strategy and transition strategy Customer Relationship Management: § Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements and customizing the product / services accordingly Handling clients queries, organizing periodic meetings to boost communication, provide regular status update & to resolve issues Responsible for high quality services, resulting in customer delight and optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality § Excellent customer engagement skills including Business Development, Account Management and Relationship management with middle/senior management.
Domain knowledge in ATM programming is desirable.
