P Vjayan IPS in ‘Indian of the Year’ shortlist of CNN-IBN

As an accomplished police officer of DIG-rank from Kerala, he is best known as Initiator and Chief Architect of the nationally-acclaimed Student Police Cadet Project, a youth development initiative that has caught the imagination of authorities all over the country.

He believes that anyone can change their destiny if they only have a goal and the will to pursue it despite all odds. Vijayan is totally committed to empowering the youth community across India, thereby ensuring that India encashes its demographic dividend and making our nation a global power of the 21^st century.
